NHS Rams Logo

Since their first high School football game in 1896, Northbridge and Uxbridge have been known throughout the Blackstone Valley and beyond for their intense rivalry.

That Year, Athletes in both towns are fired up to battle for bragging rights that will extend across the scoreboard for every sport, and not merely earn bragging rights for whichever school wins the annual Thanksgiving Day football game.

The "Battle of the Bridges" trophy will be awarded to the school that wins the most games against the other during the entire school year. All varsity team will be given one point for each game they win with the exception of football and Cross country, that, because of fewer seasonal contests will be award two points for a game or match won.
