Description:Balmer School Chorus is a performance group open to all fourth grade students. The group meets before school once a week from 7:30 - 8:15AM. There are several performances throughout the year including a Winter Concert in December, the Evening of the Arts and a Spring Concert in May.  This experience provides the students an opportunity to develop vocal skills, sing a diverse selection of vocal music and work cooperatively as a group.

Participants:        Grade 4 Students               

Description: Balmer School Show Choir is a performance group open to a select number of fourth grade students.  This group learns and performs choreographed routines. It is mandatory that students participating in Show Choir must also be part of the Chorus.  Selection is based on interest, as well as participation and showmanship observed during general music classes.  In addition to regularly scheduled concerts and events the Show Choir may have additional performance opportunities. Show Choir meets before school once a week from 7:15 to 8:15AM.

Balmer After
School Enrichment

Description: The W. Edward Balmer Elementary School offers a school-based answer to after school care and enriching activities. In addition to participating in an afternoon of enriching activities, students will also have a quiet time to study, read and relax after a busy day at school. The Balmer After School Enrichment Program is committed to providing a dynamic, stimulating and safe environment that respects the rights and needs of each child.
