MySchoolBucks Information

Introducing MySchoolBucks

The Northbridge Public Schools Food Service Department is excited to introduce parents to a convenient, easy and secure online service through our Food Service point of sale system called MySchoolBucks.

This web service allows parents to view your child’s current lunch account balance and make secure online pre-payments to that account. By having money in each child’s account prior to entering the cafeteria, we find the lunch lines move along much faster so your child has more time to eat and be with friends.  With current national attention being focused on children’s health and wellness issues, this service also affords parents the ability to print out a copy of your child’s eating history report.  This history report will show you all dates and times that your child has purchased a breakfast and or lunch within the past thirty days.

Create an Account

From this website, you will create your own user account.  In order to create an account, you will need your child’s name, state student ID number and school ZIP code as it is listed in our student information database.  Please note that the student ID number required for this service is the state student ID number.  This service will not accept the local student ID number, which appears on the student report cards and is used as your child’s pin number.

  • Child’s Name:
  • State Student ID Number:
  • School Zip Code: 01588

The instructions listed on the Help link will guide you through the online account set up process.  If you have more than one child in the District, you only have to make one online account.

Payments can be made to your child’s account through this web service by an existing PayPal account or with a major credit or debit card.  However, in order to use the online prepayment service offered by
Nutrikids, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed by Nutrikids to cover the bank fees.  The convenience fee is $1.75 per deposit transaction. Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $1.75 fee once per deposit transaction.  The Northbridge Public Schools Food Service Department does not have control over, nor does it benefit from this convenience fee.  For those parents who would still like to make online pre-payments without this convenience fee, the School District will continue to offer the online UniPay payment option, which does not charge a convenience fee when paying by electronic check.
