Northbridge High School Career Pathways

The Northbridge High School Career Pathways Program was developed to help expand career and college exploration for students starting as early as ninth grade.  Students participating in a Pathway will experience an in depth look at the career field of their interest; engage in college and career planning activities; may gain industry recognized credentials, and enhance their high school experience through a culminating capstone or internship at the end of their senior year.  We have career pathways and emerging pathways in A/V Technology, Art, Business, Engineering, Health Science, Information Technology, Education & Training, Music , World Language and Social Sciences.  These are equal access for enrollment and students have guidance on elective courses that align with their area of interest as they progress through their four years of classwork and beyond.

Innovation Pathways

Innovation Pathways are designed to give students coursework and experience in a specific high-demand industry, such as information technology, engineering, healthcare, life sciences and advanced manufacturing.  NHS works in partnership with the MA Department of Education with a focus in Health Science.

Innovation Pathways are designed to create strong partnerships with employers in order to expose students to career options and help them develop knowledge and skills related to their chosen field of study before they graduate high school.
