NHS parents/guardians should have received their child's MCAS scores, along with a letter detailing changes and explanations of the score reports. In order to answer any additional questions you may have and provide you with any additional information or clarification on the new MCAS test, the district will be conducting an MCAS Information Night for parents of middle and high school students who took MCAS last year or will take it this year. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15th at 6:00 p.m. in the High School media center. Feel free to bring your child's score report as a reference for you during this meeting. This meeting should last no more than 30 minutes.
Immediately following the MCAS meeting, parents of Title I students will be invited to stay for a brief Title I informational meeting. This meeting should last no more than 20 minutes. If you choose not to attend the MCAS meeting prior, you may still attend the Title I meeting which will start at 6:30 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you on November 15th.
