Immunizations

According to Massachusetts State Law, all students entering the 7th grade need to provide documentation to the school that they have had the following immunizations:

1. Two MMR Vaccines
2. Three Hepatitis B Vaccines
3. Tetanus Vaccine within the past 5 years (Tdap)
4. Two Varicella Vaccines or a Doctor’s Note stating the student has had chicken pox.

Students whose immunizations do not conform to State law will be excluded from school until they can provide evidence of proper immunizations.  Students must provide documentation to the nurse of proper immunizations before entering the 7th grade.
