KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
NES Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year is currently open online through February 21, 2025. Children currently enrolled in the NES Pre-School program are already registered and do not need to do anything. The first step for all other registrations is completion of the online registration. Please click the Registration Information link below for further instructions on how to register. Once your online registration (OLR) is received, an email will be sent to schedule an in person appointment on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Any Northbridge child who will turn 5 on or before August 31, 2025 is eligible to attend Kindergarten in fall of 2025
At the February 26th appointment, guardians will be required to bring the information below:
Copy of most recent physical with immunizations
Northbridge Public Schools Residency Statement: (must be completed in entirety with documentation from Column A, Column B and Column C). Policy, Statement and Affidavit linked here.
Original birth certificate with foil seal or watermark (we will photocopy and return but must receive the original)
Any legal documentation pertaining to the child (ie. custody paperwork, etc.), if applicable
Any academic support paperwork (ie. IEP, 504, etc.), if applicable.
*Guardians who do not bring the necessary documents will be asked to return with the completed documentation at another time.
