Dear Families:

Each year, the Northbridge Association of Churches runs a program to assist families during the holiday season. The association provides food baskets at Thanksgiving and will also provide gifts (clothing and/or a toy) for your child (ren) at Christmas.

If this program is something that would be helpful to your family, please complete the attached form. When filling out the information about your child’s gift, please try your best to give a specific suggestion or provide information about what your child likes (i.e. anything to do with Pokemon, or loves arts and crafts, etc.) As noted, children ages 13-17 will receive gift cards.

To ensure that you are enrolled in this program, fill the forms and return them by FRIDAY, October 2nd. You can drop them off at the main office of the Middle School, scan and email them to scalabro@nps.org. or send them in with your child in an envelope marked School Nurse. It is very important to return the forms in a timely manner, requests cannot be accepted after noon time on October 2nd.

Before each holiday, additional information will be sent to you about when and where to pick up the food baskets and gifts. Please call either the School Counselor or School Nurse at 508-234-8718 with any questions you may have.
