We’d like to take a moment to give a shout out to all our hard-working athletes playing fall sports for Northbridge High School. Today, MIAA released the first round of power rankings for fall sports. The playoffs are typically reserved for the top 32 teams in each division. Here are our current team rankings: Field Hockey is 13th Football is 6th Boys Soccer is 34th Girls Soccer is 6th Great job to all our coaches and athletes!

NHS is offering the PSAT/NMSQT Exam for current Sophomores and Juniors on Tuesday, October 22nd. Please sign up in the Guidance Office by Friday, September 20th with your payment of $18.00 (check made out to NHS, or cash) to reserve your spot. Exam seats will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact your child's school counselor with any questions.

NHS is offering the SAT School Day Exam for current Seniors on Wednesday, October 9th. Please sign up in the Guidance Office by Friday, September 20th with your payment of $60.00 (check made out to NHS, or cash) to reserve your spot. Exam seats will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Dear Northbridge High School Families, Believe it or not, it’s almost that time of year again! The summer staff here at NHS has been hard at work getting the building ready for students’ return and many teachers are already back in the building organizing and preparing for the 2024-25 school year. We look forward to seeing our newest Rams from the class of 2028 next Thursday, August 22nd, at the 9th grade orientation from 7:30am-1pm. As with any year, the summer has brought about some really positive changes. Returning students will come back to a new 5 day schedule to replace our previous 7 day schedule. This change allows for more consistency and opportunities for all students. A copy of the new schedule is included in this email. Part of this schedule includes regular RAMS blocks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These blocks allow students time to go back to classes that they may be struggling in and have additional time with those teachers for interventions, reviews or to make up missing work. Other changes students can expect to see this year include the re-introduction of internships and work study programs for junior and seniors, more emphasis on educational pathways to help all students explore potential future careers and new course options including woodshop. So rest up, enjoy the last week of summer, and get ready for a great school year. As always, if there is anything we can do to help, please let us know. Go Rams! Great news! All student passwords have been successfully changed district wide. In order to view their new password students will need to log into their Infinite Campus student portal and visit the "Student PW ID" custom tab. Students, parents, and guardians will be able to access this password at any time if forgotten. We are doing this to better secure each student's account and provide the tech. department with the ability to quickly change their password if needed.
